Diamond Honing Block
Description
The 4-sided diamond hone block has a different grit on each face, ranging from extra coarse (200 grit) to fine (600 grit). Each surface of the knife sharpener has 3 layers of diamonds that are nickel bonded to the steel frame. The hone block fits into a nonslip ABS mount. Use water in a spray bottle instead of oil to coat the diamond sharpening surface.
Grits: 600 (fine), 400 (medium), 300 (coarse), and 200 (extra coarse)
